INTRODUCTION PROGRAM
Duration: 2 hours
This program is required for the enrollment to other classes.
Contents:
Internal Martial Arts history, philosophy and methodology
Human body and relationship with 5 elements philosophy, Ying-Yang concept and meridian system of TCM
Practices for opening of meridians for heart, stomach, lungs, kidneys and liver
Internal martial arts and the art of defense and attack
Q&A Session
DIALOGUES
Duration: 2 hours
Through means of storytelling, Q&A sessions and practical examples Master Liu brings deeper understanding of the fourth dimension. Variety of the topics cover insights about life, Dao and mind-body-spirit connections. There are no secrets.
PERSONAL SESSIONS
Duration: 1.5 hours
These sessions are for you if:
You don't have enough time to regularly practice with the group
You want to regulate health with practice (diabetes, insomnia, stress, loss of appetite, loss of weight, specific injuries - neck, back and leg problems etc.)
You want to use exercise that is based on preventive healing qualities of TCM
For advanced practitioners:
Practice to achieve personal objectives: health, confidence, self defense, deeper understanding of relationship of martial arts with Chinese philosophy, TCM, healing, spirituatlity
INTENSIVE PROGRAM
Duration: 5 - 10 days
Location: Beijing and Wuling Mt. (near Simatai Great Wall)
Day 1 - Day 3
Arrive to Beijing, adjust to the climate, morning practice in Ritan Park (8-11am)
Optional organized tours to Forbidden City, Tiananmen, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace (price to be advised)
Day 4 - Day 10
On the Day 4 we will take 1,5 hours bus ride to Wulingshan Resort Lingxiu Garden Hotel. This is where we will stay for the next 7 days. After lunch we will have a 2 hours practice with introduction on how will the one week program work. Evening is reserved for a qigong practice/meditation/discussion. Next days will generally have the following agenda:

0800 - 0845 Breakfast
0845 - 0930 Rest
0930 - 1130 Practice
1200 - 1330 Lunch
1330 - 1500 Personal time, rest, meditation
1500 - 1800 Practice

2000 - 2130 Dialogues
There will be two days excursions to the Great Wall and Chengde where we will practice and learn about the different aspects of the practice in new environment.
