Master LIU XUYANG
Internal Martial Arts and Qigong Coach 

  

Liu was born in 1972 in Shaanxi Province, China. At age of 12 he started to attain the knowledge of martial arts practice firstly practicing Shaolin Hongquan. Six years later, he had first encounter with Baguazhang practice through Master Sheng Zhi'an, the forth successor of Baguazhang lineage. Sheng Zhi'an's (coach of Police Corp of Hebei Province and manager of Tangshan City Qigong Association) Taoist monastic name was 'Wu Wei San Ren' (literal translation would be Scattering People through Non Action) and was a very accomplished master in Martial art, Qigong and Traditional Chinese medicine. After accomplishing successful training with Sheng Zhi'an, Liu Xu Yang opened 'He song tang'(Crane and Pine Chamber) Qigong healing clinic in city of Tangshan. Liu currently lives and works in Beijing where he continues to promote practice of internal martial arts for health and improved quality of life. 

As co-founder of Neijia Martial Arts he coaches individuals and leaders in organizations in building confidence and managing stress at work and life.

Internal Martial Arts Coach



After graduation in Chinese language and literature in 1993 Dalida moved from Serbia to Beijing where she continues to explore the depth of traditional Chinese culture.

In 1999 she was first introduced to Chinese internal martial arts through Taijiuquan and won silver and bronze medals in her competitions. In 2004 she met Master Liu Xuyang and has been practicing Baguazhang style with him ever since. Dalida and Master Liu Xu Yang founded Neija Martial Arts in 2009 with aim to promote Chinese martial arts for health, confidence and self-awareness.

Dalida is the founder of Small Steps (China) and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Master Coach, EQ Coach and EQ Trainer. In all her work Dalida is driven by a profound interest in what moves and motivates people. She believes in big change through small steps, whilst keeping the body and mind in balance. 

 

Master XIAO PEISHAN
Yijing Forecasting Consultant

Master Xiao Peishan, was born in Hebei Province in 1958. In 1983 Master Xiao graduated in physics from Hebei Normal University. After graduation he worked as a professor at Tangshan University for 10 years. During this time he started to practice internal martial arts (Baguazhang style) and Yijing Forecasting with Master Shen Zhi’an. In 1998 he formed Yijing Forecasting agency and consulted over 2000 people for over 10 years. In 2010 during China Yijing Forcecasting Conference was honoured with a title of one of the 10 best Yijing forecasting masters in Asia.

SHELLEY OCHS
TCM practitioner

Shelley Ochs is a practitioner of traditional Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in San Francisco, Louisville, Kentucky and Beijing to help them achieve health and wellness. Her specialties include fertility, chronic gynaecological/urinary issues, immune disorders, insomnia, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and a chronic pain. Her goal is to help patients use the lens of Chinese medicine to understand how physical, emotional and mental challenges manifest in our lives, and how they can be resolved.

Shelley has been studying Chinese language, philosophy, and culture since 1989, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the History of Chinese Medicine at the Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing. Her training includes and M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Bilingual Program of the American College of Traditional Chinese medicine in San Francisco, and traditional apprenticeship training with senior acupuncturist Dr. Want Juyi in Beijing.

The modalities of Chinese medicine include acupuncture, herbal formulas, nutritional therapy, meditation, and internal martial arts exercises. Shelley endeavors to guide patients to use both treatment and self-help maintenance practices to achieve and sustain optimal wellness.
